The participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly recognises these conditions of participation. Eligibility to participate

Persons resident in Germany and Austria are eligible to participate. Employees of Lifestyle Distribution GmbH and the companies involved in the competition are excluded from participating in the competition.

Participation

Each participant has to upload a video to the TikTok app, link the Tiktok profile @ivyandlane and use the hashtag #IvyLaneChallenge. Participation in the competition requires acceptance of these conditions of participation. Participation in the competition includes consent to the naming of the profile name on the Tik Tok profile of Ivy & Lane in the event of a win. The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons in the event of suspected manipulation, multiple entries or a breach of these conditions of participation.

Prize

The prize is 1x Apple Airpods Max in silver. The prize cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged. The prize cannot be transferred to third parties. The prize will be sent to the winners by post to the address they have provided.

Determination of the prize

The prize will be determined by the organiser. The winner will be chosen from all participants whose published a TikTok video as described under Participation. The winners will be notified via their TikTok profile and asked to send their full address (first and last name, street, postcode, place of residence) to the organiser as a private message via the corresponding TikTok function. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. Participants who provide incorrect personal data will be excluded from the competition.

Data protection and use

By participating in the competition, you agree that your personal data, namely first name, surname, postcode, city, street, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number and IP address, may be stored and processed by Lifestyle Distribution GmbH and the commissioned processors for the purpose of sending you advertising (brochures, product presentations, promotions, news articles, etc.) and presentations about existing and new products by post and electronically and may be transmitted to the companies named for the purpose described here. Any further transfer or storage of personal data will only take place to the extent and insofar as this is necessary for the direct processing and organisation of the competition. Your personal data will be stored for a maximum period of 5 years.
In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation, you are entitled at any time to request Lifestyle Distribution GmbH to provide you with information about the personal data stored about you. You can request the correction, deletion and blocking of individual personal data at any time. Final conditions

Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.
